Adriana Lima rocked the Victoria’s Secret catwalk this year, just eight weeks (!) after giving birth to her daughter. Now she talks about how she could get in shape in such a very short time.
She started with three weeks off after the birth to get your body to get going again, but then she wasted no time to rest. “She wanted to be more defined and athletic in the body,” says the model’s fitness guru. “We are running four to six hours a day, seven days a week,” says her coach, too.
