Oh Emma Roberts , how many times must we tell you to park your car at a permitted site and not just anywhere on the street? Well, yesterday she did it again, which is quite disrespectful and obviously nothing to be proud of. Emma got a note about fines and drove away from the chaos – and probably she felt quite embarrassed. Stay out of trouble, Em! We know you can do better
